An elderly gentleman with an obvious neurological problem told me this in the University hospital cafeteria.

"Have you heard about the new Obama sandwich? They just keep piling on baloney."

I told him that I'm a researcher dependent on federal dollars to keep working.

Remember, this is at the State University hospital and he is a medicare recipient.
