So the President is now supposed to be Mayor of Chicago now?
Is that what Daley wants? What the hell is going on? Chicago schools have problems, other urban centers have school problems, and rural schools have problem. This is a community issue so long as we insist on local control of education

1. This is a problem for the information of the
Unrec Trolls here. We have a lot of handwringing around how much is not getting done lately and yet there is little leeway given for true focus on any given problem by the administration. WE out here need to step up and shoulder some of this responsibility as citizens and to quit whining everytime we perceive an affront.
