note to health insurance thieves (companies) and their toadies in congress:
I am telling you, here and now, that you can all go to ****. Individual mandate? FINES for not buying your overpriced, underserviced pieces of bs? I know who and what you think you are, just like I know what the congressional reps you have purchased are, and may you be damned for it.

I will NOT purchase your worthless policies, no matter what penalties you get your little toadies in congress to pass. not now, not ever. you are holding us hostage, you are KILLING us, and I will not, now or ever, help you pretend that you are doing anything else. You are thieves of a like we never even saw in the robber barons (and we at least got libraries and things out of them). No conscience, no soul, not one iota of humanity in the lot of you. Hey, when I get put in jail, at least I will have health care, yes?

1. i feel exactly the same way you do niyad.
the very notion that this is what obama and the congress consider health care coverage reform makes me see red.
there is only one option that i consider acceptable and that is single-payer, government sponsored, universal health care coverage.
we pay an extremely high price to call ourselves americans and we deserve the best deal that can be made.
congress doesn't skimp on war spending and they don't skimp on their own health care coverage so they have no business indenturing us to private insurers.
they can and will all go to hell (if there is one) and the sooner the better as far as i'm concerned.

Household has been through.

We should have a mandate? What the hell for?

Like you say, there are definite wishes from me that there is one hot fire in a very awful hell where these bastards and their damn reform can head to. And the sooner the better.

2. I wouldn't expect any significant numbers...

...of fellow protesters in prison, at least not seeking health care there, insofar as in the only actual state -- Massachusetts -- with an actual plan with an actual must-purchase mandate, no public option, and fines for failure to purchase, in place since 2006, a recent -- 9/28 -- Globe poll shows respondents satisfied with the plan by a 2-1 margin. Repeal was the choice of 11% of respondents.

The legislature remains 10-1 Democrat in the lower house, 7-1 in the Senate.

Is it the best plan? No. Is it the end of the world -- no.

who are dissatisfied. If they are just barely making it without the mandate, and now they have to either sell the car or the home to afford it.

Or to else face fines.

3. I feel the same way . Here's an idea - We should start a co-op
The concept would be simple .
Everyone pays the same. $5.00/yr.
What kind of coverage could you get for that you ask? Simple . 100% deductable .Same as now , but way less expensive , and so much more honest.

4. Yes, it is a violation of human rights to deny health care to prisoners.

8. I often wonder why someone doesn't fine them
for denying so many claims and actually causing people to die.
Yes it seems like it's backwards to fine us instead.
