Possible hostage situation University of South Florida - Tampa MSNBC Breaking...

Police are surrounding a bus in a bus depot with weapons drawn. Hostage negotiator called in. Some people (maybe released hostages) running from bus depot.

MSNBC switched to 7-second delay.

Police sniper has taken a position.

1. I go to school there.
I was just on my way when I got a text from the schools emergency alert system about an armed intruder. I made a U-turn and went right home. My boyfriend called me; he's on lockdown in his class and they won't let him out of the building. I live about a mile from campus and have been hearing sirens. I didn't realize it was this big a deal.
