By now, most of you have seen the video by MoveOn and “Funny or Die” featuring a bunch of stars sarcastically expressing maudlin pity for the insurance industry and its victimization at the hands of evil, heartless health care reformers. If you haven’t, please watch it:

The video has really gone viral, and is now up to a million and a half views.

Which suggests that even if bashing the insurance companies hasn’t yet paid off as a political strategy for Dems, there’s still a real public appetite for it — when skilled comedians are doing it, that is. Maybe Congressional Dems should get Will Ferrell to advise them?

it has the abiltiy to cut throught the BS and policital posturing, and get to the heart of the matter. Funny how that works. Note the Daily Show viewers are statistically more informed than the traditional "strait man" evening news watchers. This is a brilliant and LOL video.
