Earlier today, Greg Sargent noted an extraordinary outburst by Joe "You Lie" Wilson in 2002, berating his a Democratic colleague, Rep. Bob Filner of California, as an anti-American traitor.

to call Bob Filner anti-American because he can't deal with the reality of our propping up Iraq is the height of stupidity. Filner handled that about as well as one could by refusing to even acknowledge that crap.
