Bush Should Get a Victory Parade!
We won the war. Iraq elected a government, tried, convicted, and executed Saddam. The War is Over. Let's bring the troops home and hold a victory parade. Times Square, fireworks, a parade. Set up the Commission for Veterans Retirement Pensions and then send Pelosi out to negotiate deals with the Middle East, India, and China.

Democrats sometimes act like everything is in crisis mode? Why? America is doing great. All we need to do is bring the troops home immediately, hold a massive victory parade in Times Square, and I suggest we give Bush the honor of leading the parade before we retire him to the Fletcher Memorial Home. I'm pretty sure the Republicans already put the money in the budget, so it's no problem being bipartisan.

There's really no problem here, let's go!

3. not the slightest bit of sarcasm at all
If we need to give Bush a parade to bring the troops home, that's fine with me. I'm not joking in the slightest. Let's retire him and MOVE ON. Our troops need to be home right now.

4. let's call it protective custody
no better yet let's call it "honorary treatment" As far as I'm concerned, as soon as the troops come home I'm a Bush fan and would love to have him spend his days watching videos of his glory days. That's no problem for me, as long as the troops as back home.

7. How about having the
victory parade in Baghdad? Even, better he and the rest of the administration could do an Iraq Tour. I'm sure the Iraqis still have the candies and flowers they can shower * with. That candy will be hard as a rock being 4 years old. Now all they need is someone to fill the position of "parade czar".
