1) You didn't assure they had adequate training
2) You didn't assure they have adequate equipment
3) You didn't assure they have adequate health care and rehabilitation
4) You didn't assure they had critical mental health care
5) You didn't assure they had safe food and water
6) You didn't assure their mission was necessary for the safety of the USA
7) You didn't assure that resources designated to the troops and the mission weren't squandered
