Haven't we already prosecuted people because "the boss said it was OK" was not an acceptable defense?

Obama and Holder are really screwing this up if you ask me. It's a matter of law, there is precedence already set, and they're running around trying to make excuses for people who should have known better. If they didn't, they shouldn't have been doing what they were doing.
