Enough Tiptoeing. Lets get tough.
Isnt it time to show the freaks that they are so not intimidating, that we face them down? En masse? If they keep getting the soft shoe from the press and us, what is their motivation to return to reality? In addition to getting in their faces, an insinuation that their unamerican activities will result in their public shunning should be forcefully presented. The little old men and blue haired ladies are the cannon fodder. To show us as thugs. What comes next won't be pretty, but procrastination never made a problem smaller. Enough of this dem fear of ever hurting someones feelings. They cow us, as they curse us. Now or never.

3. I prefer an equal rights march. A huge show of solidarity
One that lauds inclusion. All american can do wnat to join in patriotism. One so loud, and strong, that it would scare the bejebus out of anyone that didnt at least suffer their fellow citizens. If we could get millions to march in favor of reasonable world citizenship, the ability to shape our destiny, aside from luddites threats, and belief in community, we could change our country.

4. Gman2... I've got to ask you something at this point...
Well, actually two things...

1) Have you marched in Washington DC against anything?
2) Have you marched into your congress critter's office insisting they sit down and talk with you on the same subject?

I find the first easy to do, unless it wrecks your feet, which it did my husband's in January of 2003 when we marched with thousands and thousands against the pending illegal Bush war.

The second has earned me some notoriety in the 18th congressional district here.

5. I'm working on my level of obnoxiousnous. I could improve.
I have a few marks against me. I have heart failure and am afraid of a taser death. But, I am strong as an ox in my mind. In my body, I have hercules, for about half a minute. I have to be careful, but I am ready to charge the ramparts.
