6. I wasn't getting my phone bill for about 6 consecutive months.

Every month I called and every month Comcast blamed the Post Office. Of course. it was Comcast. They had somehow changed the billing address on my account to somewhere in another state. Where they got the address I'll never know.

7. I can drop my Netflix dvd at the PO in Sedona @ 4 PM Tuesday (today)

They have it in Prescott almost 44 miles away by midnight tonight and they
have a DVD back to me at my doorstep Thursday at 3PM

and it doesn't cost me a dime.

My sister dropped a birthday card for my daughter in the box at the PO in Ft Lauderdale 2400 miles away on Saturday and for $.42 it arrived at my house on Monday.

Tell me how this isn't working well.
