Congress needs to make the Bicycle Commuter Act retroactive to when I started working

20 years = 240 months x $20 per month = $4,800!

That way I could finally afford a car and stop relying on my bike all the time.

You can still buy a car for 4,800 right?

Been a while since I've priced one.

ps: Don't ask why I've been working 20 years and can't afford a car. Long story.
