and redefining words ain't exactly kosher. The button is not called "vote against this going to the greatest page", the button says, "Unrecommend". Calling it something else is just, well, an excuse. :shrug:

I wouldn't have recommended it before the unrec feature, but I feel sorry for a member who gets an unrec for a simple post.

Not recommending something has the effect of limiting its ability to find its way onto the greatests page. So exactly what is the functional difference between the two?
