Danny Brown is a man who was wrongfully convicted of rape and murder. After 19 years in prison, he passed both a polygraph and a DNA test, and was freed -- but he still lives in a legal limbo. I hope you'll accept this request to contact the prosecutor who leaves him in that limbo, and to tell others about his plight:

2. I don't know, but don't they work with biological evidence?
If so, that wouldn't help him because the DNA already cleared him of the rape.

There is an organization that helped him get as far as he has. It's called Centurion Ministries, a New Jersey-based organization that works to free prisoners they believe were wrongly convicted of murder. In 20 years, they helped free 23 people.

3. kicking my own post, hoping DUers will help Danny Brown.
Tomorrow's the sixth anniversary of his release and he's *still* waiting for official exoneration. People have begged the prosecutor to take the step necessary to make him really free and she refuses to do it. She needs some encouragement.
