1. Interesting question....
I don't have a specific answer, but I suspect he broke multiple laws and I am hoping he will be prosecuted and convicted.

2. 4th amendment to the U.S. Constitution was broken by the CIA & NSA's ...
.... spy program ..... they had to have warrants to do what they did. As per
Cheney telling the CIA to hide info from the Congress it would be article 2
something about the Congress and the Executive branch being co-equal
partners.

Cheney broke so many laws it is not funny. Lying to start a war so he could
make money is kind of a big one w/ me.

4. I believe it's the 1947 law authorizing the CIA
Requires notificaiton of all proposed and existing covert operations. Not sure what it is called, though.

5. just off hand,
obstruction of justice; contempt of Congress; Racketeering and Corrupt Organization statute; extortion; throw in some violation of separations of powers laws in there somewhere, too.
