I'd pay more attention to him if he used his baloney detector on his own libertarian political ideology.

4. I didn't like one of his comparisons in a Scientific American article.

He compared somebody as being as "truthful as Michael Moore".

I sent the editors of SciAm a letter over that one. I pointed out that Michael Moore has never been sued successfully because he is telling the truth.

He has the finest libel lawyers in the country (the ones that work for the New Yorker) going over his scripts carefully.
