Michael Jackson, like James Brown and Prince, are nearly uncoverable. The tunes were about his innate talent and can't really be replicated.

Every song is coverable. MJ was an amazing talent, but as a musician I have to disagree with Mayer. You can Argue that perhaps a song can't be done better, but even that's debatable.

8. True, They Are HARD To Cover
Although I DID see a guy do a pretty good acoustic guitar version of Billie Jean. It escapes me now who it was, but I remember being pretty impressed.
