I know Governor Patterson is pushing for this in New York. I also know Delaware it AIN'T going to happen for awhile (and we have a very popular GLBT destination with Rehobeth Beach).

Which state will be #6?

1. Technically, Maine became #6 today - CA had the right, but the bigots
wanted to change their Constitution to take away the right.

9. We need to keep reminding the news orgs of that one - OVER 10%
of the States have already approved marriage equality - and the planet didn't spin backwards, everyone's heterosexual marriage didn't instantly dissolve, none of the big scary stuff they tried to tell everyone would happen has happened - so their talking points have gone poof.

2. New Hampshire The legislature just passed it and now Lynch
either has to veto, sign, or let it pass into law. I think he'll sign it.

5. Are there any polls....
that measure gay marriage support on a state by state basis? I read on fivethirtyeight.com that opposition to gay marriage is decreasing by 1-2% per year. MI approved a gay marriage ban by 58.5% in 2004 and I would just like to see where my state currently stands.
