Bachmann is simply a dull-witted clown, trying to deliver lines that she doesn't understand. Beck's rantings far and away are more batshit insane than the best of bachmania.

Beck can only spew his garbage on the radio and FAUX Noize. Bachmann spews hers on the floor of the House of Representatives, which implies an "official" tone to the craziness. She's also technically capable of writing her insanity into law, though it's not likely to pass in the current Congress.
