Complaints seem to be hurting GOP, not Obama
Despite aggressive GOP complaints about pork-barrel spending, out-of-control deficits and encroaching socialism, President Obama continues to receive strong support from the public. Americans approve of Obama’s handling of the economy, foreign policy, Iraq and Afghanistan, and two-thirds say they approve of his overall job performance, according to the latest New York Times/CBS News poll. Meanwhile, only 31 percent of respondents said they had a favorable view of the Republican Party, the lowest level in the 25 years the question has been asked in the poll. And more than a 3-1 majority of the public trusts Obama more than congressional Republicans to make the right decisions about the economy.

2. good, I'm not surprised. People are sick of negativity. For a long time it was nearly omnipresent.
Now it's just glaring and ugly. Looking more and more like cockroaches in the light. I think there's a new day dawning in human history.

3. That is because Obama is making a good faith effort to fix Bush's mess
And to get the country on the path to prosperity and peace again. The GOP is not.
