How 'convenient' is it that Anderson Cooper finds someone willing to
talk from a drug cartel in Mexico, and who's playing who?

1. Do you have a suspicion?
He's done some pretty good reporting in the past, hasn't he?

3. I always wonder the same
That female reporter from Current TV has had some incredible interviews that give me shivers, and now she's being held in North Korea.Anderson Cooper blows me away! That tunnel stuff was creeeeepy. And just what's in it for the cartel? Strange.

5. It's Not Anderson Cooper That Finds The Interview Subject
It's a CNN producer who had probably been in Mexico for months looking for someone to go on camera and be interviewed by AC.

Except for Keith and Rachel, most of these TV anchors are lazy people who rely on producers to do the actual journalism.

7. Either that or they went to CIA headquarters in Virginia
and found an agent involved in the drug trade who was willing to talk.

9. My consideration, too. Or anyone who can 'present'.
AC was great during Katrina, but this stuff? Not so much.

10. They're pundits.
At least AC travels around the world to do his stories. K and R get paid for their opinions!

6. Is it Anderson Cooper in a wig and mustache? Because I can totally see him doing that for ratings.
Sort of like Stephen Colbert and Esteban Colbert.
