Some don't care about what the Dow does, while others are ready to jump out the window.

There's just too much noise out there, IMO!

It is obvious that folks don't know the answer, and to some degree the puzzle folks are
claiming to know how to solve has more than one piece as there is an economical piece
as well as a political one.

I've read everything on these boards from encouraging rioting in the streets,
to folks throwing hissy fits because all is lost unless more spending is proposed,
while the message going out via the media to the public is that this is is a lot
of spending and it still may not work.

I am beginning to think that we may just have to hope that this will be a Goldilocks situation,
where it will turn out to be just right.
I'm crossing my fingers at this point, cause that's the only productive thing left to do.

I'm one of a million of voices, but sometimes we need to know when we've said all
that needs to be said, and now is the time to allow those
making the decision to do so, as they will be the ones held accountable.

3. Asked on another threat, what is the question?
Perhaps which question is more accurate. We have several factions all working toward disparate goals, while there is another group of factions that doesn't even understand the nature of the problem.

How do we save the economy? How do we save the banks? How do we retain some value in our currency? How will I retire? How can I keep my house? How do I keep my house value from falling further? And on and on...

We really need a national conversation on, not only what to do, but what is the problem?
