Would anyone here like to photoshop something for this techno-idiot?

I have a picture with someone holding a Bush sign and I'd like to change it to an Obama sign. Would anyone like to help or tell me (aside from getting photoshop which I wouldn't know how to use anyway) a good alternative for morons? Thanks.

8. That's pretty good.

I tried to use something called phixr and came up with this. In mine and yours the sign covers the fingers and I'm not sure if there's a way around that. THANKS! I appreciate your help!

9. Assuming that the sign is on it's own layer...

Make sure that layer is selected and just use the eraser tool to erase the part of the sign over the fingers.
