How will Holder fare later this week?

I believe the Committee vote on Eric Holder's nomination to head Justice comes up either wednesday or thursday. Clearly he is feared. How do you think it will go?

1. If they think they can stall it through March (when the statute of

limitations runs out on the fired attorneys scandal) they will block him. If they think they're chasing rainbows with this, the hold will be perfunctory and finished with soon.

it's possible but unlikely that they can pull off a filibuster.
