Senator Cornyn tried to use the ticking timebomb/torture scenario on Holder

He used the old "we have a terrorist who knows where the bomb is and we have to waterboard him" scenario and asked if Holder would allow him to be waterboarded.

Holder REJECTED his premise. He said there are other tools that can be used. He said it is a false question. He also brought up that torture usually gives false information, that someone will say anything to make pain stop.

Holder would not play his game.
