You know what would have been awesome? If when the press centered around the one guy who didn't vote to impeach and asked him why he voted that way, if he just said: "Because I'm a Maverick." Then walked away without another word. I'd have died laughing.

See this is why it's going to be good to have Al Franken in office, he knows how to take the absurdity of conventional wisdom's "seriousness" and make it hilarious.
