First, missions of the church accept cultural and medical requirements all over the world in order to provide health care.

Second, all that has to be done is for Catholic health care across the country to say "we are no longer accepting medicare or medicaid and are shipping current enrollees out of our hospitals." Whatever deal that needs to be made would be made.

It's just about some who are not providing health care wanting something to scream about to push their agenda.
