10. It's estimated that 19% are true followers. They will never get it. John Dean
had a book called Conservatives Without Conscience where he dealt with the psychology of conservatives.

2. No, no, and no...
In fact, if I ever had to hear President F-stick's voice ever again it would be too soon.

8. I needed a root canal about 30 years ago
The pain was sharp, relentless and nearly constant. I suffered with the pain for months before I finally summoned the courage to see my dentist. The cure was nearly worse than the pain, which is what I expected and why I was so reluctant to go. It was about a week after the root canal that the pain finally (finally!) subsided, and another week or so before I trusted the tooth with anything hotter or colder than my own body temperature. And yet, all these years later, I can still summon up the memory of that pain, and I remember how I used to suck air in to numb the site when it was acting up. I can't say that I miss the agony, but I definitely remember it.

I believe I will miss President Stupidhead in much the same way, and I predict that I will carry my visceral reaction to hearing his voice to my grave.

12. Read the related story (link just below the poll results)
(CNN) -- A new national poll suggests that three out of four Americans feel President Bush's departure from office is coming not a moment too soon.

Seventy-five percent of those questioned in a CNN/Opinion Research Corp. survey released Friday said they're glad Bush is going; 23 percent indicated they'll miss him.

"Earlier this year, Bush scored some of the lowest presidential approval ratings we've seen in half a century, so it's understandable that the public is eager for a new president to step in," said Keating Holland, CNN polling director.

CNN senior political analyst Bill Schneider added, "As President Bush prepares to leave office, the American public has a parting thought: Good riddance. At least that's the way three-quarters feel."

poll takers - I say less than 20% because we know that some will miss his idiocy and the end of incomes from cartoon, book, blog, impersonation and some will miss him when the grand theft profits and legal exemptions stop. (Let's hope our hosage status can be over.)
