IF Michael Connell had really received threats from Rove
seems like he would have had something - some computer discs or
documents, - squirreled away in
a safe deposit box as insurance against just
this kind of thing.

At least, that's what they do in mobster movies.

It may be coincidence, but we should keep the attention on the accident. Their defense on everything is hoping it "just goes away" and it usually does.

If Michael Connell's lawyer was concerned enough to ask for protection, there had to be something to it.

Where is Rove? Is he losing weight, again? He dumped a ton when he was afraid Fitz was going to get him.

3. Connell's lawyer did not ask for protection. Plaintiff's lawyer Arnebeck did.
Arnebeck was not Connell's lawyer, he represents Velvet Revolution in the lawsuit in which he was went to court to compel Connell to testify. http://www.velvetrevolution.us/prosecute_rove/
