"if we walk away from war crimes with just another commission."

Speaking on Rachel's show just now, regarding the response of Democrats to the criminals about to exit the WH with zero accountability.

2. Indeed. As I've been saying for quite some time, we're a nation of cowards and criminals ....
... unless and until we prosecute the criminality done in our name. If we do not, then future generations should piss on our graves and spit after mentioning our names.

Impeach. Remove. Indict. Convict. Imprison. (Rinse. Repeat.)

3. to expand a bit on Professor Turley's remarks
The discussion was on presidential pardons and whether those responsible for such things as torture could expect a pardon.
The answer seems to be that the White House feels none are needed, since the Justice Department already OK'd the behavior.
The Bush regime feels safe that there will be no action by Obama or the Democrats beyond a "Commission on War Crimes", which
will drag the issue out for 4 or 5 years, ultimately with no action taken.

Unfortunately, I tend to agree that pardons would probably be unnecessary without some Democratic spine.

4. Dems chance to show moral leadership or immoral head in toiletship.
JT for supreme court. What clarity of thought and understanding.
