I called him the other day. He said he really liked the outcome of the election. Although he is a little afraid that gun control will be increased, he said that he thinks Obama ran a brilliant campaign.

And then he said: "Now no one can claim anymore that there isn't equal opportunity in America."

On another note...I heard Obama give a speech the other day in which he was actually able to pronounce the name of the President of Iran without stumbling or screwing it up.

He's not even President yet, but already he sounds like someone who can command respect.

Hell, I would settle for any opportunity right about now. I guess we do have equal opportunity: we are all, regardless of race, creed, religion or national origin, completely fucked in an economic sense, because we don't belong to The Lucky Sperm Club.
