Oregon looking good for Merkley. Smith up by 7800 votes but Multnomah and Lane counties still have
thousands of votes out and they are Merkley strongholds. That's Portland and Eugene. This could be a long day here.

Merkley is inching up, but Gordo is still in the lead. Ugh.

2. Problems with tabulators again. Are they counting those darn things by hand?
2006 went so well but this one is a stinker.

So, what's the story on why these votes haven't been reported yet? Sorry, if this has been talked about but I haven't seen it.

6. Both counties are very strongly Dem - many tens of thousands of votes yet to be counted
