Sarkozy sues makers of bestselling voodoo doll
PARIS, France (AP) -- French President Nicolas Sarkozy isn't enchanted with a hot-selling voodoo doll of him and wants a Paris judge to order its cheeky vendor to pull it off store shelves.

"Nicolas Sarkozy: The Voodoo Manual" kit includes a handbook and 12 pins and now tops the best-selling books list on Amazon.fr after first going on sale two weeks ago.

Sarkozy's lawyer is arguing that the president -- like any French person -- owns the right to his own image under the law.

Publishing house K&B Editions is insisting that the right to humor stems from freedom of expression.

3. This has nothing to do with owning the right to his own image
There are French people who are still terrified of Toussaint L'Ouverture and the Haitian Revolution. Given their arrogance re military superiority, they have convinced themselves that Toussaint and his group used African religion to run the French out of Haiti.
That short moron is terrified of having some pins stuck in some stupid doll. This speaks volumes about Sarkozy and religious mumbo jumbo. He makes me feel proud to be an atheist.
