I met this woman's Dad today while protesting Joe pinkunderweardude, you know the Sheriff (no justice no peace no crooked police!) that one. Any way, I felt sorry for this poor little man and told him I would read the flier and check out the website. After reading it and talking to him about how they chose a trial to the bench hoping for something more lenient in sentencing because apparently one of the kids lied and has recanted. He said he was presurred. She's done 4 years on an 11 year flat time sentence and may very well be innocent. This is disgusting to me! What do you think? The Dad is asking people to call and fax Andrew Thomas 602-506-3411 (f)602 506-8102 and ask him to free her based on exculpatory evidence.

I'm still reading the info at www.justice4courtney.com but it does sound like there is more than enough evidence to free her or at least request a proper trial. Thanks for posting.
