Question about Voting in Florida

Question about Voting in Florida
The mother of a good friend of mine is going to be sworn in as an American citizen on October 27th. A lifelong conservative, she is an Obama supporter and was planning to vote for Obama on November 4th. The problem is that she is not registered. Does this mean she will not be able to vote? She lives in Florida.

1. I believe the deadline.....
....for registering to vote in Florida was Oct. 6th; however, I'm not sure if there is a different rule for new citizens.

She needs to havfe registerd 29 days before the election.

3. Deadline for registering was Oct.6.
I don't think they make exceptions.
