Grover is famous for having said it is his desire to shrink down the size of Government to a size where it can easily be drown in a bathtub.

The nation is changing like a blind man given sight. Now is our chance to shrink down the Republican Party to a size where it will be easy to drown the precocious brat in a cup of good Government.

1. They've Proven Anti-Government Can't Govern

While we've paid a big price, at least georgie boooosh made it possible to prove once and for all that Repugnicans can't govern...it's against their DNA. The party's mantra is to use government rather than to enable it...seeing it as the "problem" and not the solution. This sounds great for those who feel (and always will) that they pay too much in taxes or don't get enough in services...and it runs antithesis to why a nation was created in the first place.

These are the people who scream about "states rights", yet want a national ammendment against gay marriage and a "balanced budget". They'd gut the government, not by squeezing it down the bathtub, but bloating it to explode the bathroom...heck of a job Brownie. Their drunken defecit spending shows how reckless they are with money and this current "crisis" shows how deep and systemic this problem has gone.

Honestly, I never thought I would see this party implode the way it's doing...collapsing under its own arrogance and largess. Yes...time to beat them into minority status for years to come. The flip side is we're on the threshold of a new Progressive era...and that's sure to be their worst nightmare.
