The difference between Bush and Biden on the radio just now
Radio address is being played on C-Span just now.

Bush spoke first. Dead dull flat monotone, usual BS assurance, clearly he did not even hear the words he was saying, much less understand them.
Followed by Biden, who sounded alert, alive, upbeat, actually present at the mike.

What a difference.

Now Gramps is speaking. saying the economic problem is a housing crisis, wants to have mortgages re-financed. Breathing heavily into mike. Really breathless at end of sentence. He calls Obama a "guy".
Says he's been "fighting for you my whole life"

and..end of radio address.
@ dead speakers and one live one.
