EXCLUSIVE: New Details on the Phony 'Voter Fraud' Angle in the U.S. Attorneys Purge Scandal...
An Insider's Report from a New Mexico Election Attorney on the Firing of David Iglesias and the Rove/DoJ/Republican Efforts to Create a 2004 'Voter Fraud' Scare in the State...

RELATED? - The GOP 'Voter Fraud' Front Group ACVR Goes Suddenly AWOL!

As you might expect, there is much more to the "voter fraud" angle in the U.S. Attorneys Purge scandal than initially meets the eye. As you might also expect, we've taken keen notice as we've long been following and reporting on the insidious machinations behind the GOP/White House/Rove scheme to (rather successfully) invent the cynical notion of a "voter fraud" epidemic in America for purely political purposes.

Today, several new developments, including the disappearance of the "ACVR" scammers and an insider's report on what really happened in the 2004 New Mexico "voter fraud" scam which eventually led to the forced retirement of U.S. Attorney David Iglesias.

In his first-hand account, Albuquerque attorney John Boyd, who defended against the GOP "voter fraud fraud" in the state which led to the firing, tells The BRAD BLOG, the entire matter is "far worse than it now appears"...

4. Off to the Greatest.
My favorite story of the week. I hope this intensifies the focus on real election fraud and the theft of the 2004 election.

The Advancement Project reported that "only 24 people were convicted of or pleaded guilty to illegal voting between 2002 and 2005."

I previously posted a link to it here:

14. I tried to rearrange and abbreviate the article to help me spread the word.
Is this correct?

. Major voter registration push in New Mexico prior to 2004 election.
. 65,000 added to the polls, many were poor and from minorities.
. Republicans went in to action. Wanted strict voter I.D. statute for the purpose of creating fear and disenfranchising anyone such as students or immigrants who might not have licenses.
. Contacted a County Clerk’s office and asked if there was fraud.
. Created fraud claims in spite of only one case capable of being called a fraud, more of a prank. Declared fraud anyway. Sought publicity and statutes.
. Republicans called a press conference and expressed shock at voter fraud and -
. Asked Iglesias to make a case out of it.
. Iglesias did not make a case of it – no case to make?
. Created AVPR in 2005 - "American Center for Voting Rights" (tax-exempt claim – no paper work?). Created three days before a hearing in Congress about the 2004 Ohio election. Web site just recently ‘disappeared’. Timeline for creating? and eliminating the web site?

. Iglesias considered ‘not loyal’?
. Fired for allegations of having refused to prosecute claims of ‘voter fraud’ and disagreeable timetable for indicting Dems prior to the last election?

. Domenici claims he and Republicans were disappointed with Iglesias even before the last election (when he called to check on the timetable for the indictment of some Democrats) – the carry over disappointment is because Iglesias hadn’t prosecuted the voter fraud. Didn’t realize that expressing disappointment would open up the fraud of fraud?

. Two people who led the cause of voter fraud and formed the tax-exempt 501 ( c ) 3 group - AVPR claimed they were non-partisan:
. Mark F. “Thor” Hearne - National General Counsel on Bush/Cheney ‘04 Inc campaign and then and now works for Rove?
. Jim Dyke now works in Dick Cheney’s office.

There is a report on the manufactured myth of American "voter fraud" as released by ProjectVote.org and authored by Lorraine C. Minnite, Ph.D., an assistant professor of Political Science at Barnard College, Columbia University.tion called

Among the report's key findings :
• Voter fraud is extremely rare.
• Most voter fraud allegations turn out to be something other than fraud.
• There is a long history in America of elites using voter fraud allegations to restrict and shape the electorate.
• The historically disenfranchised are often the target of voter fraud allegations.

15. Only one point...
...That jumped out on quick read. It's ACVR, not AVPR.

Beyond that, go make noise!
