2. Sentimental Value
Some of my very first memories are my dad driving me around in his black Ford Maverick. It was a piece of junk, but it's what my folks could afford when they were young and just starting out.

11. I am having flashbacks to my mother's nineteen seventy
something Ford station wagon. Powder blue and simulated wood paneling with what I believe were wire spoke hub caps. I was embarrassed to ride in it even back then.

9. Can't agree on the Maverick but that orange abomination
you just posted looks like the demon spawn resulting from a three way between a PT Cruiser, Honda Element and a Hummer. Yikes.

15. didn't really pay attention at the time.
Used it to get back and forth to work, about 10 away. Not a lot of fun runnin ...

Lasted to 1987 - in Ohio (got me from Pennsylvania ...)

8. My father had a maverick
and it was the worst car he ever owned! He got rid of it as fast as he could and he usually kept his cars for several years. The gas shortage of the 1970's was the reason he traded in his Buick LeSabre for that piece of junk and he never bought another Ford vehicle again.
