There's still a chance for corporate welfare to pass!
Pelosi just extended the time, and they are going to revote.

Here they come to take more of our taxes to bail out their fat cat CEOs.

So much for the "free market".

3. Watching CNN live stream.
They seem to be holding a vote to revote. It's a bit confusing.

351 yes, 5 no, on a motion to suspend the rules and pass the bill.

Go FREE MARKET! :sarcasm:

9. Yeah, not sure what that was about.
The anchor said they were holding open the vote, and had somethign like 300-5 in favor of "suspending the rules".

Not sure what was going on, but it looks like it failed. They are on to minting coins now....

8. I think that was in reference to the next piece of legislation
not the bailout bill. I heard them read another bill before they did the "Suspend the rules and pass" thing. I'm watching cspan, they've moved on to other business.

Freelance artist/designer as a matter of fact. With no insurance, health care, 401k or retirement package.

Where's my golden parachute? I've been living in the "real" economy for years now, let these people see what it's like eating soup everyday in your barely affordable one-bedroom apartment.
