Main Street?
Is that the main street with two Walmart SuperCenters, Best Buy, the ATT store, Chase Bank, Washington Mutual Bank, Home Depot, Lowe's, Sears, Circuit City, Ford, GM, and Chrysler dealerships and more big box retailers?

1. Sears isn't as bad as the rest..
The company still has many great products that are made in the United States. The whole clothing line stint, not very good, but when we buy tools or some other type of equipment, its Sears..

4. I know about the k-mart thingy.. but where else do you still get made in america tools?
Home Depot? Lowes? I don't like box stores. I don't like that Sears isn't the same Sears and Roebuck that sent out the catalogue for years.. but is it really that bad to go there.. mine also has a service center.

5. Be sure to check each tool for "made in USA"
I don't think all of Sears tools are made in USA anymore.

2. Pretty much yep that would be the Main St.
they are talking about. Specially if there is a Walmart there. Walmart pretty much kills any locally owned small Main st. stores left in a small town. Not sure about elsewhere but here the local hardware stores still compete and wins with Home Depot & Lowe's at least.
