are joining Brokaw for a debate. Udall has been leading Shaeffer in the polls for some time now, albeit not by a huge margin. Polls indicate that he's currently up by about 8.

1. The Schaffer ads against Udall are just horrendous....

Schaffer is in up to his eyeballs on Abramoff and other various scandals, but is pulling out the Al Quaida fear card.... At first I thought one of his recent ads was from the maker of that horrendous anti-Muslim DVD screed that has been inserted in battleground states across the country.... Perhaps it is, given his son was nailed at college for producing horribly racist material against Obama.

Schaffer belongs in jail...
