Do you think the Alaska AG has the b's to arrest those who are
refusing to comply with the subpoenas he issued, or will he cower in the corner like the USAG in Washington did?

My guess is, IF he had the State Employees who are refusing to answer those supoenas carted off to the pokey, they'd tell Palin & McNuts the hell with you, I'm sure not going to JAIL for either of you!

1. In a word, NO....
The AG was appointed by Palin. In the repug mindset, the AG is a political operative, not a law enforcement officer. See AG Alberto Gonzales for the precedent.

2. The Repub AG wrote a letter to the Alaska Legislature telling them to revoke the subpoenas.

3. ??
A senate committee issued the subpoenas. I'm not sure who would arrest those not in compliance with the subpoenas. Perhaps the AG would be involved. I don't know AK.

However, remember that the AG's opinion found that the legislative committee didn't have jurisdiction, an administrative committee did. The employees are following his opinion. I wouldn't expect much cooperation from the AG.

4. Did the Alaska AG issue the subpoenas, or did they come directly from the legislature?
I'm not sure about this, but I have a feeling that the Attorney General is on the side of those who are obstructing justice in the legislative inquiry.
