A Prayer for Former President Bush
Edited on Mon Mar-12-07 02:28 PM by JackRiddler
This is the one man I don't want to see die of natural causes. He still has a mission to fulfill, in his future appearances before the United States Truth Commission and the US State Crimes Tribunal of 2009. May God grant him the strength to recover and remain in good health and of sound mind, so that he can give extensive depositions to historians and prosecutors and detail his entire career during a stint at the bucolic War Criminals Prison on St. Helena's island.

A person can dream, can't he?

Former President Bush Hospitalized after Collapsing
Former U.S. President George H.W. Bush has been hospitalized after collapsing during a golf game in Palm Springs.

Former U.S. President George H.W. Bush, 82, has been hospitalized after collapsing during an afternoon golf game in Palm Springs.

Bush was taken to California's Eisenhower Medical Center for dehydration, and was released next morning after medical observation.

Bush's chief of staff says Bush "became dehydrated" and fainted while playing golf with friends in 94-degree heat. Bush regained consciousness "right away," she added.

The spokeswoman says Bush is "fine" and is resuming his normal schedule. He will speak at Dorothy Chandler Pavilion Music Center at the Civic Center in Los Angeles.

4. Old news.
He was in a 4' storm drain at the bottom of Dealy Plaza looking uphill at a limosine coming straight at him from his left. After the limo hurried past he took a short crabwalk down a concrete pipe that outfell into the Trinity River.

Now that we know, he can dry up and blow away with the wind.

5. So...You Think The Shot Came From That Storm Drain?
I saw a documentary on History channel which posed that possibility. Do you think that the shot came from that trajectory?

7. Naw, Oswald was just a really good shot
and a pin ball wizard. The same doc. said that some reports indicated a wound under JFK's right cheek. Little hole in front, big hole in back, until our 3d universe changes some basic laws the above makes sense. It's like 911, I don't know what to make of it myself but the official story is pure horse shit. Besides if the entry was from behind the detritus would have been in a radial pattern and not flying off over the trunk lid which we all know it did.

6. well....I'll tell you one place he WAS:
sitting in the director's chair at Langley when he was given certain knowledge that Operation Condor was fully operatioinal, and active in the US, leading directly to the murder of Orlando Letelier and Ronny Moffit right under his screwnose.

may he forever burn for just that action alone. I'd also like to see his pal Felix Rodriguez (the man who wears Che's watch) sent to Gitmo or Abu Ghraib, and made to rot till he tells all he knows....

15. what makes you think that would ever happen...?
he's taking that one to his grave, and there's not a damn thing that you, or anyone else can do about it.

my advice would be to get over it already.

17. Good point.
If you were to look up the phrase "cover up" in the dictionary, you'd see a picture of Bush's face.

14. The political tide is turning in Riverside; slowly and methodicallly...
The average age for a male resident of Rancho Mirage exceeds 65, so that may explain some of the long-term Republican puzzle.

However, as the populations shift, and as the Coachella is becoming a home to greater numbers of retired baby-boomers, gays and lesbians, Latinos, etc., the political geography will also transform in its diversity.

For example, Clinton won in Riverside County both in 1992 and in 1996. Gray Davis won the gubernatorial votes the last time the state had a *legitimate* election.

9. Not to worry. There's nothing wrong with him other than being
too dumb to stay out of the sun on a hot day in the desert. If it had been his caddy that fainted, they would have thrown water on him, given him five minutes to recuperate, and then slapped the golf bag back on him to finish the game.

11. If something happens to Poppy
WOn't the Chimp be somehow worse than he already is? I mean, let's say, all this time, he's been subdued more or less, for fear of his Dad. Let's say that Poppy still has certain connections that are protecting lots of folks from falling. There'll be a lot of things open to chaos.

So don't hold your breath.

Besides, he keeled over when he found out the D.C. Madame is going to sing like a bird. Just sayin'

22. That might not always be true...
Though you'd require a prosecutor with more daring than Fitz, and, sadly, perhaps, the powers of a Torquemada.

But if they can't even stand the sun, I don't think they'll do that well in a proper interrogation.

21. Oh hell no
He had better last until blivet** is out of office. Everyone would forgive "junior" for his past presidentin' if he had to bury his "Dad" while in office. And, of course, we would all be stuck with more and more of Barb publicly with blivet**, not unlike the Queen Mum ... only her subjects actually LIKED her.

Oh HELL NO. Hang on Poppy!

BTW, dehydration takes time, even for older people. Taking a jug of water on the links with him didn't occur to him? Or was Barb witholding the fluids because he said something "bad" about the boy?
