Is Palin's record as a small town mayor off the table?
Seems like the media is just brushing aside Palin's sad performance as a small town mayor as minor local politics. Is that fair since she campaigns on her record as small town mayor?

1. She successfully supervised over 42 crystal meth labs, and shut-down several games of Texas Hold 'em
And as governor, she shut-down a tax-evading car wash that didn't file it's corporate papers.

Did I mention that she and her husband owned 40% of that car wash?

3. "She successfully supervised over 42 crystal meth labs"
Wouldn't this fall into the category of "community organizing?"

2. No way, this is most of the "executive experience" she is
touting in her campaign. And it's also where she was caught using town offices, staff, and equipment to run her campaign for Lt. Governor; fired staff who didn't support her; ran up a debt; raised taxes; secured pork-barrel spending from the federal government; and sought to ban books from the library. Oh yeah, and she ran as a "hard-core fiscal conservative," who opposed abortion. Yet, as mayor, she did nothing to ban abortions, only books.

4. Hell, no!
That's the experience she's running on, remember? What makes her so qualified for the job, right?

What's off limit are her minor children. What's not off limits is her use of them. IOW, it's not OK to say <Palin child> is an ill-behaved brat. It is OK to say Sarah Palin uses her family as props. And Todd Palin gets the same courtesies extended to Michelle Obama, that is to say, none.
