Remember last week when FBI had Ivins driving on the afternoon of 9/17 into Princeton from Frederick?
That didn't work so now, they have him driving to Princeton later that night:
"Investigators now believe that Ivins waited until evening to make the drive to Princeton on Sept. 17, 2001. He showed up at work that day and stayed briefly, then took several hours of administrative leave from the lab, according to partial work logs. Based on information from receipts and interviews, authorities say Ivins filled up his car's gas tank, attended a meeting outside of the office in the late afternoon, and returned to the lab for a few minutes that evening before moving off the radar screen and presumably driving overnight to Princeton. The letters were postmarked Sept. 18."

now believe he waited until evening? What did they believe when they were stalking his family in a shopping mall last March or when they told his therapist in July that he was about to be charged with five capital crimes? Someone tell me, do law enforcement guys usually confront their suspects in public places before they can even place them at the scene of the crime?
This has to be the sloppiest POS ever to try to pass for a rationale. They must not really care if they're believable or not.
He moved "off the radar screen" is evidence? Doesn't that mean, they don't have sh!t?
