John Edwards seemed to be a shining example of a good Democrat. His political career is either over, or very seriously damaged. And he has damaged the party. For what? Getting your rocks off? What a foolish, foolish man.

Personally, I don't think this is any of my business, although it does explain why he was forced out before Super Tuesday.

I voted for him anyway and would do so again.

I've met a few people who went through life trying to be saints. They were highly unpleasant.

Not all careers, or orgasms, are created equal :)

And I seriously doubt this is a career ender. Infidelity has always been a part of the Washington scene, and while it may make for juicy headlines now and then, it rarely tanks careers.
