How long have some of the GITMO prisoners been locked up? He wasn't going to terrorize a soul, white guys can't possibly terrorize anyone.

2. Our policies produced terrorism

When our military bomb civilian targets for the past ten years, people were angry and retaliate with terrorism. They have no means to strike back at a powerful army by conventional means, which they don't have. So they used terror to fight them, even if it means getting innocent people in the crossfire.
