"A resolution and report finding Karl Rove in contempt "
On Wednesday, July 30th at 10:15am, the House Judiciary Committee will consider "a resolution and report finding Karl Rove in contempt".

Is this "regular" contempt (the kind that goes into the Justice Department's circular file)?

3. Arrest him today, he's pardoned tomorrow
While this shouldn't have any effect on a Congressional procedure, it will go to the USSC and the GOP will prevail.

It's far better to drag one's feet and wait until January 21, 2009. Then throw him into solitary and squeeze him until he pops.

4. If you or I had ignored a subpoena, we'd already be in the big house.
Why is he so special?

2. One and the same...
Is this "regular" contempt (the kind that goes into the Justice Department's circular file)?

Why are they wasting so much time considering and none on DOING?

I realize the judicial process grinds slowly, but someone needs to kick the wheel and get it movin'.

Just sayin'.
