I have noticed a lot of people pushing cars and carrying gas cans
while they are walking down the street. Anyone else notice this too?

with a gas can, you can leave the car there, or leave the gas can in the car while you push it to the station.

6. The last time I saw anybody pushing a car here was last winter in the snow.
I've carried a gas can myself this summer when I walked to the station to get gas for my mower.

10. Fuel gauges are worthless
When you buy gas by the gallon.

14. If the guy has enough to buy another gallon he should have bought 2
when he was at the station.

Three different occasions. One a young women on her way home from a minimum wage job. She was going to leave her car and have someone pick her up. My friend, the Grandfatherly type, gave her four gallons of gas to get her on the way. The other two were 'drive-bys' for me, one being an SUV putting fuel in the tank while it was lightening. Not a good idea. Yes, things here in Ohio are booming. Peace, kim

12. Yes, last week on a 200 mile trip through the country I saw 4
that appeared to be cars that had run out of gas.

My wife and I noticed the first two and then started discussing it and saw two more

13. Chances are that the prices of fuel are finally starting to make you notice a phenom that has been
going on since the inception of the automobile.
